On average, we spend well over the adoption fee for each pet in our care. The adoption fee goes towards a portion of our expenses.  Pets adopted from Sunny Meadows will be current on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, and, tested appropriately. 

(i.e. heartworm test or FIV/FeLV combo test)

Many of our rescues arrive to us in critical need of costly medical procedures; heart worm treatment, orthopedic surgery and ophthalmologic surgery, just to name a few. Many rescued pets need behavior modification and socialization skills.

We go to great lengths to ensure the health and well being of our pets.
