On average we spend well over our adoption fee for each pet in our care.

The adoption fee goes towards a portion of our expenses.

All pets adopted from Sunny Meadows will be vaccinated, spayed or neutered,

and tested appropriately  (i.e. heartworm test or FIV/FeLV combo test)

Many of our rescues arrive to us in critical need of costly medical procedures;

heart worm treatment, orthopedic surgery and ophthalmologic surgery; just to name a few.

Many rescued pets need behavior modification and socialization skills.

We go to great lengths to ensure the health and

well being of our rescued pets.
